This is the fixture I designed to drill the holes in the appropriate locations. I made 3d mockups of the speaker baffle and the top portion of the speaker enclosure which were modeled from dimensions obtained from the actual parts.

The actual fixture has additional holes for more holes should they be necessary to straighten out a severely warped enclosure.

Not pictured are the drill bushings which would get pressed into the fixture.

Actual hardened drill bushings were too expensive for the 24 or so holes I needed to drill so I just 3d printed bushings which can easily be replaced if they wont hold up long enough to modify the 8 speakers.

This view of the fixture shows how it keys onto the lip around the speaker enclosure. This keying action secures the fixture into proper location making it significantly easier to make the modifications withouht having to fight holding the fixture into proper location during the 3 drilling operations.
