This is a plastic spindle cap used on a printer to hold print ribbon.

Machined part images. I milled 16 parts at a time from a 6" X 6" X 1.5" ABS Block. At the right is the tool plate that was used to fixture the 16 parts for the second milling operation. A pin was used to locate the 16 parts to the tool plate on part 1 and part 16. 32 #8 screws were used to hold the parts down while they were machined free from the upper half of the raw material.
